This is my reading progress. I am currently in the orange zone, because I haven't been managing my self wisely and I haven't been asking for help when I need it. To fix this problem I need to focus on my work and sit with the right people, I also need to ask for help before the project is due. My goal is to move up 1 to 2 levels, focus more on my work and sit with peoplle who wont distract me.
